Restorative Nursing Course
HSCC offers an approved 2-week restorative nursing assistant class that includes theory and clinical experience. There is no state examination. Upon completing the course, HSCC will issue you an official certificate.
Restorative nursing assistants (RNA’s) follow treatment plans to help patients rehabilitate. The treatment plans are created by an RN or physical therapist to help patients perform activities of daily living. Working as an RNA gives you the ability to interact closely with patients and help them regain independence.
To qualify for enrollment into the Home Health Aide Program individuals must have a current CNA license.
